Its overall market presence and visibility is relatively minor compared to larger RPA vendors. Servicetrace is present mostly in Germany, Switzerland, the U.K., United Arab Emirates and Singapore.
It is not the easiest to use RPA and you need people with a technical background to manage the servers and technical details.
