GPT can identify common themes and sentiment in the feedback, and provide insights into employee satisfaction, engagement, and areas for improvement. RPA and/or chatbots can automate the gathering of feedback from employees and feed it into the GPT model for analysis. Use RPA to integrate the results with HRIS or other employee engagement tools. Ensure that the GPT model is transparent and explainable, and that the flagged transactions are reviewed by human experts before any action is taken. Be aware that GPT models may not capture the full range of emotions and feedback from employees. GPT can help HR identify areas for improvement and take action to improve employee engagement.
